I am the Team Leader of The Kuchar Team at Cherry Creek Properties LLC and I work in Highlands Ranch real estate and the surrounding areas. It is my goal to build a business worth owning and a life worth living. I enjoy the personal relationship aspect of real estate and getting to know the people who choose to do business with me. The great thing about real estate is that it allows me to have a flexible schedule and spend time with my family while still meeting the needs of my clients. I started out in the real estate business way back in 1990 in Orlando, FL. Since that time I have owned real estate brokerages and raised up agents with the same philosophy as I have. I’ve been involved with over 500 successful transactions with buyers and sellers.
