Description:

Shawn has a long history in Cadillac area residential real estate. She worked in a family owned real estate business in the early 1980’s before relocating to Arizona and then Florida. Since returning to the area in 1995, she has worked as an interior design consultant and as the manager of a title company, both of which allowed Shawn additional perspective on the market as she assists you with the purchase of your new home, or the sale of the present home. Shawn’s husband, Steve, is a residential builder. They have four children, three living out of the area and one in middle school in Tustin. They enjoy having the Pine River in their backyard, hiking, biking, fishing, skiing, anything that gets them outside to enjoy the beauty of Northern Michigan.
