Description:

After receiving a BBA from the University of Houston, doing a short tour in the Navy, and a little longer tour as an administrative manager, I began my lending career as a commercial lender in 1977. I became a mortgage lender in 1983 and moved to Central Florida in 1987. I found that mortgage lending afforded me the opportunity to build lasting relationships with the service providers and leverage those relationships for the benefit of my borrowers. I have now had the pleasure of providing mortgages to the second generation of several clients. My comittment is to communicate promptly and completely during the lending process. In the mortgage market of today, windows open and close frequently. The long term relationships we have with the service providers in our area allow us to provide competive pricing and superior service.
