Abstract:

A system, method and computer program product that pre-caches or downloads information from internet sites that the system expects the user to request. The system schedules the pre-caching to occur at the most appropriate time of day in order to increase the likelihood that the most recent information is provided to the user in a timely manner. Actual usage is monitored to adjust to user-changing habits, conserve resources at both the server and client ends, and prioritize information against interrupted downloads and exhausted or limited cache or memory space. For users that use the telephone to dial-in to the internet, the system and method pre-caches content in a manner which decreases the likelihood that the pre-caching process will interfere with the users use of the telephone for other purposes.

Abstract:

An interposer probe includes a main board having a first side and a second side. A lower riser board mounted to the first side of the main board and in electrical contact therewith is configured to engage an integrated circuit socket on a device to be tested. An upper riser board mounted to the second side of said main board and in electrical contact therewith, is configured to receive an integrated circuit package. A retention frame mounted to the first side of said main board engages the integrated circuit socket on the device to be tested.

An application specific heat sink assembly is presented in which a heat-dissipating substrate is selected of a particular size, shape and material in order to meet predetermined heat-dissipating requirements and a heat-dissipating stud is selected or formed of a particular size, shape and material in order to meet predetermined requirements. Aspects of embodiments of at least one of the inventions disclosed herein include a system and method for delivering content within a network of interactive televisions. In accordance with one embodiment of at least one of the inventions disclosed herein, the system distributes media content, such as video and music, across a communications network comprising at least one server and at least one client device. Users of the system utilize a client device to access the media content, to view a preview or a description of the media content, and to purchase the media content. The client device receives the media content from the server, and the client device stores the media content within a storage device on the client device. The client device employs interface devices to facilitate user interaction with the system. Abstract:

A package is disclosed for routing high frequency signals and low frequency signals between an integrated circuit device and other components. A package includes a thickfilm substrate having thickfilm interconnects, and a printed circuit board having printed circuit interconnects. A microcircuit system is disclosed for routing high frequency signals and low frequency signals.
