About:
Nikki has lived in the Phoenix area since 1997 and started her real estate career shortly after moving to Arizona. Over the years she has built her business and accreditations while successfully balancing her life as a wife, mother and career woman. She has a long history of successful representation as both a listing and buyer broker and truly enjoys her role in matching the right family with the right home. She earned her Real Estate license in 1998 and became an Associate Broker in 2006. Nikki currently works with West USA Revelations in Chandler. A broker’s license is the highest the relationship between a licensee and the state. Brokers in Arizona are required to have more experience and education than a real estate salesperson. Nikki also holds the prominent real estate designations GRI, ABR, MRE and ASP. A Graduate, REALTOR Institute, (GRI) is recognized throughout the nation as the standard for real estate professionalism and knowledge. GRI provides training in the critical skills of the real estate business and provides education in the current real estate topics and issues. The Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) designation is the benchmark of excellence in buyer representation. This coveted designation is awarded to real estate practitioners by the Real Estate Buyers Agent Council (REBAC) of the National Association of Realtors and is held by only 50,000 agents nationwide. The MRE program is designed to recognize dedication to excellence through professional education and a commitment to staying abreast of the latest real estate regulations and practices. Less than two percent of realtors in Arizona belong to this elite society. The ASP designation is the benchmark of true excellence in customer service for home sellers. It is the only official designation given to Staging® professionals who have completed training and met strict educational requirements. In 2010, Nikki was added to the Arizona Family Court Real Estate roster as a Real Estate Special Commissioner of the Court. Her name and contact information is now part of an elite list of real estate professionals that must be used for court ordered home sales.
