A licensed Broker (a higher license than Salesperson), I'm also a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), an advanced designation held by only the top 3% of agents nationally. I founded and operated Nadine Krasnow Real Estate from 1979 to 1993, in Newton, MA. During this time I received the "Best of Boston" Realtor award from Boston Magazine, in recognition of my sizzling service. When assisted living was licensed in Massachusetts in 1993, I closed my real estate office to specialize in operations, sales, and marketing for retirement communities, becoming Corporate Director of Marketing and Sales for Newton Senior Living, as well as Executive Director for communities in New England and the mid-Atlantic. In 2009, I re-opened my real estate business as a concierge agency, specializing in Falmouth, a special community on charming and beautiful Cape Cod. Despite a difficult market and economy, I was the #1 agent in Falmouth for closed transactions for the first quarter of 2011. Based on that track record, I received interesting invitations to join larger offices. After a long period of due diligence, I'm pleased to say that I joined Sotheby's International Realty in late 2011.
