Martha is originally from Venezuela but has spent 20 years in the Carolinas. She pursued a degree in Public Health at the University of South Carolina. She moved to Charlotte and started her career in real estate working as a loan originator for a local mortgage company. While working as loan originator, Martha helped finance residential projects of all sizes. She then joined an investment property group which allowed her to gain experience with the details of buying, selling and investing in the real estate market. Martha's understanding of excellent client services stems from her colorful background, from real estate financing, home improvement, property management to real estate investment.
