I have lived in Bellingham for many years. I attended Western Washington University earning a Master of Arts Degree in Economics and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Mathematics. I retired from being an active participant in banking in December 2007. I soon went to work for ColdwellBanker Bain. I have experience with many types of real estate loans and construction joint ventures in Whatcom and Skagit Counties which were utilized to develop land loans into building lotsand the construction ofsingle family homes. My training also includes appraisal classes of principles, procedures and capitalization. This experience has allowed me to accumulate a significant base of knowledge about real estate.
