Abstract:

An endless track system for providing a plurality of rigid grouser members attached about the exterior surface of a rubber track. The inventive device includes an endless rubber track having an outer surface and an inner surface, a plurality of gripping members attached to the outer surface of the endless track, and a plurality of inner members attached to the inner surface of the endless track and to the gripping members. Each of the inner members is comprised of an elongate support member with a pair of opposing side walls attached orthogonally to. The gripping members are preferably comprised of a center member surrounded by an outer coating. The outer coating may be comprised of any plastic or rubber material for reducing damage to surfaces traveled upon. The gripping members are preferably attached to the inner members by a plurality of fasteners that extend through the endless rubber track. In an alternative embodiment, the gripping members may be comprised of a member having a U-shaped cross sectional area.

Abstract:

A seeder implement () includes a fork () having a first spindle support arm () that supports a first spindle () and a second spindle support arm () that supports a second spindle (). A first disk () is supported on the first spindle (), wherein the first spindle () is oriented in a first orientation and at a first acute angle relative to a lateral line. The first disk () is oriented at a second acute angle relative to the ground surface. A second disk () is supported on the second spindle (), wherein the second spindle () is oriented in a second orientation and at a third acute angle relative to the lateral line. The second disk () is oriented at a fourth acute angle relative to the ground surface. The first disk () is longitudinally offset ahead of the second disk (), and there are no structural components between the first and second disks () other than the first and second spindles (). In one embodiment, a packing wheel () is disposed to close and compact furrows opened by the disks () and is disposed in the same orientation as one of the disks ().

Abstract:

A ground leveler attachment for a ground working device comprises a bracket fastened to a shank supporting a ground breaking tool, a carrier arm connected to the bracket, a pair of leg supports in pivotal contact with the carrier arm, a pair of springs biasing the legs supports into pivotal contact with the carrier arm, a pair of leg members extending from the leg supports, and a pair of levelers rotatably mounted upon the leg members and biased into a ground engagement position by the springs. The levelers independently and resiliently retract upon contact with a relatively immoveable object or objects to avoid being broken off from the leg members or severely damaged beyond usefulness.
