Certain embodiments enable improved email communications by including a dynamic-content section in an email where the dynamic-content section is updated with current values when the email is opened by a user. A system and a method publishes a message at a current user web page. A database includes a user list, a current page attribute, and a rule having a first component associated with the user list and having a second component associated with the current page attribute.
