I am a newly licensed broker, but I really don't see that as a disadvantage. I am passionate about real estate, and am thrilled to have made this transition from the film industry (where I worked as a production coordinator for several years). I feel that it is a great time to get started in real estate, and I am really enjoying the process of building new relationships. I also am very proud to have joined such a reputable and ethical organization in Keller Williams. I am in very good hands. I want to focus most intently on really listening to what my clients want, and what they need. The single most repeated complaint I received from friends and family about their brokers was that they didn't ‘listen' to what they were asking for and that they were wasting time showing them homes that had nothing to do with their requirements. I'd like to break that cycle. I have also heard many complaints that their brokers were ‘flaky' making the deadly mistake of not calling back, not following up, or no doing what they said they would do. Tisk, tisk. I am tenacious, resourceful and HUNGRY to succeed. Also, since I only have a few clients at the moment - I'll be able to dedicate the time it takes to find your perfect house, or sell your ‘no longer' perfect house! I enjoy the thrill of the house hunt, and especially enjoy working with first time home buyers. When I am not working on building my real estate empire, I enjoy spending time with my wonderful husband Matt, my friends and my family. I love to travel, cook, work out, listen to music, watch movies and read. I appreciate a nice glass of wine, and will always marvel at the beautiful Southwestern sunsets and rainstorms.
