"Arian's business experience, laser focus and interpersonal skills make her a natural for her chosen career as a REALTOR®." Arian's degree in Interior Design from the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising in Los Angeles helped fuel her passion for selling Real Estate. Her keen eye, attention to detail and extensive education in design help her see key selling features to enhance and sell not just a house, but a home. A graduate of Texas Tech University, Arian earned her Bachelor of Music Education in 1997 and spent most of her career in the music field as both a public school music teacher and private vocal coach. No stranger to a competitive environment, Arian also competed in the Miss America program for educational scholarships to help achieve her goals, winning the title of Miss Texas in 1994 and placing in the Top 10 at the 1995 Miss America pageant performing for a national television audience. During her year of service, Arian was a spokesperson for the Texas Cares for Children program where her words inspired children across the state to set goals and stay drug free. Passionate about both her community and children, Arian has been active in church youth and children's choirs, Junior League and a number of other philanthropic organizations including serving as the producer for the 2012 Miss Texas Scholarship Pageant, which was telecast statewide. She is also currently a member of the world renowned Ken Davis Chorale, made up of fellow musicians from across the country who perform twice a year. Arian's roots in Texas are deep; she grew up in Borger, Texas and currently lives in Frisco with her husband, Steve Orlando, and her four children, Hayley, age 17, Jordan, age 13, Tripp, age 13 and Sadie, age 11 along with their dogs Cookie and Gabe.
